What if the package is messy?
That is the normal case. XCreOS handles the formats brokers actually send, including scanned PDFs and inconsistent rent rolls. Anything it is unsure about gets flagged for you to confirm.
Can I override the numbers?
Always. XCreOS does the reading and the mapping. You review every assumption and change any of them. You stay the author of the model you sign.
How is this different from the AI tools that just read documents?
